Terms of service

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. When you proceed to checkout, you authorize us and our payment provider (Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown, including applicable taxes.

For business purchases, you can provide a valid VAT/GST or tax ID where supported. Reverse charge may apply according to local tax rules; you remain responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction.

After successful payment, you will receive access to download links for the purchased clips. Delivery is digital only. Please download and safely store your files; persistent cloud availability is not guaranteed indefinitely.

If you encounter issues with downloads or corrupted files, contact support and we will assist with replacement links where feasible.

Purchasing a clip grants you a non‑exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use the clip as described in our Royalty‑free license. Ownership is not transferred.

You may incorporate the clip into your finished media outputs and distribute those outputs per the license. You may not re‑sell or distribute the raw clip as stock or as a standalone asset.

Because digital goods are accessible immediately, purchases are generally non‑refundable. If a file is defective or rights must be withdrawn, we may provide a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion. These are your exclusive remedies.

Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) are calculated at checkout based on your billing details. For B2B purchases with a valid tax ID, reverse charge may apply.

You agree to provide accurate billing information (including contact and tax details) and to keep your purchase receipts safely.

Prohibited uses (e.g., redistribution as stock, implying false endorsement, or AI training) are set out in the Royalty‑free license. For sensitive contexts, contact support for written clearance.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of access and claims for recovery of amounts due. If there is an issue, please contact us first — we will help.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Courts in Copenhagen have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles.
